Fluitec International Contamination Control Products

Electrophysical Separation Process (ESP) - Fluitec International introduces the final chapter in lubricant varnish mitigation (also known as lacquer, sludge or tar). Electrophysical Separation Process™ (ESP) is a patent-pending technology to absorb dissolved and suspended oil degradation products – the cause of varnish. This is accomplished with an oxidatively stable filter media, engineered to selectively remove only the varnish-causing contaminants without disturbing the fluid’s additive system. The Stealth EHC - originally designed to maintain extremely low moisture levels in Steam Turbine EHC systems at a fraction of the cost of vacuum dehydration systems. This technology prevents phosphate ester fluids from hydrolysis, extending the life of the fluid and acid scavenging filters. In addition, Stealth is now installed in many critical oil systems where moisture in the reservoir headspace caused oil degradation.

Stat-Free filters - have been developed and found to lower or eliminate spark discharge in a multitude of applications, including large frame gas turbines. In head-to-head field tests, Stat-Free filters lower down-stream voltage and eliminate spark events more successfully than competing technologies.
